Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive, qualify, evaluate, and respond to inbound private aircraft requests via phone and email.
  • Contact aircraft operators for quotations on aircraft that will best fit the client’s specific request, preferences and desired itinerary.
  • Vet the aircraft operator option to ensure the aircraft, crew and operator meet or exceed Le Bas and client's business.
  • Produce a precise and well written contract, take payment via credit card, and book the best aircraft option.
  • Communicate with the client on additional trip details such as ground transportation, catering and special needs.
  • Track and manage the active flight and ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • Assist the operator with trip oversight, pass communications from the client to the operator, and defend the client’s best interests.
  • Collect Invoices to close the trip and send them to accounting department.
  • Provide customer care and retention.
  • Receive, update and handover a daily team focus list throughout your shift.
  • Continuously log your verbal and written communications with clients, vendors, and team using company software.

Requirements & Experience:

  • Aviation industry experience is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills required.
  • Customer care / customer service
  • General knowledge of geography, and corporate aircraft types and performance.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Shift work is required between the hours 6:45am - 7:15 PM (8-hour shifts; 30 min lunch)

Weekends as needed

Salary: 40,000.00 per year
